Paul Brandley is the Director of Finance and Operations at Sidewalk Infrastructure Partners (SIP), where he leads all finance functions for SIP.
Previously, Paul was the CFO of Neighborly Corporation, a company focused on delivering information infrastructure to communities across the United States and, prior to that, he was the CFO and Treasurer of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, the oldest and fifth-largest mass transit authority in the country. At the MBTA, Paul balanced the Authority’s budget for the first time in a decade and issued the nation’s first tax-exempt Sustainability Bonds.
Paul began his career on Wall Street trading desks. He designed investment and hedging strategies for institutional clients of Bear Stearns and Barclays Capital and worked at Goldman Sachs as a Vice President.
Paul earned an MPA from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and a BA from Georgetown University.
