Noah Tulsky


Noah Tulsky is an Associate at Sidewalk Infrastructure Partners (SIP), where he is responsible for origination, diligence, and execution of technology-enabled infrastructure transactions.

Previously, Noah was an associate in Goldman Sachs’ Merchant Banking Division, where he worked on and managed investments in power, ports, transportation, and telecommunications businesses for the firm’s infrastructure funds. Noah began his career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs, where he helped to structure and underwrite project financings in North America and Latin America.

Noah graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Government and Economics.
