Michael Delucia is a Principal at Sidewalk Infrastructure Partners (SIP), where he is responsible for origination, diligence and execution of tech-enabled infrastructure investments.
Previously, Michael was Associate Director of Investments at Sidewalk Labs. In this role, Michael originated and executed venture capital, real estate, and infrastructure investments and helped to design the financing strategy for Sidewalk Labs’ Toronto project and to form SIP.
Prior to Sidewalk, Michael was a Vice President at the Macquarie Group, focused on power, natural gas, demand response, and related energy asset financing opportunities. He was an Associate on the founding team of Nereus, a private equity fund that invests in alternative energy infrastructure in Asia. Prior to Nereus, Michael began his career at J.P. Morgan in the consumer & healthcare investment banking group and at HSH Nordbank, an early investor in renewable energy platforms.
Michael graduated magna cum laude from Brown University with a BA in Philosophy and Economics and lives in Brooklyn, New York.
